Once order has been made no cancellation is allowed. In any case of cancellation, 100% value of the order will be charged.

Items sold are not exchangeable.

Any changes pertaining to the order must be made at least 24 hours before delivery.

Substitution may be necessary to ensure your order arrives on time. Jojo Durian will substitute a similar element of equal or greater value.
